Cookies are sold by the dozen (12 cookies), with a one dozen minimum.

Prices are based on the intricacy of each cookie set. Simple sets begin at $60/dz with prices increasing to up to $150/dz for the most detailed designs.

Please give at least 3-4 weeks lead time so that we may best accommodate your request.

In accordance with CA Cottage Food Law, we may only ship within the state of California.

Some delivery areas within Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley are available for a fee dependent on delivery distance.

We offer gluten-free cookies for an additional $10 charge/dz. We do not offer dairy-free, sugar-free, or vegan options at this time.

While we can never guarantee that we can squeeze last minute orders into our schedule, if time allows we may accommodate a rush order for an additional 25% of the order cost. Orders are considered rush if they are placed within 7 days of the order due date.

Please submit your order request through our order form. We will contact you within 1-2 business days to go over the details of your order. Once all details and design consultation are finalized, we will prepare your invoice. Your invoice is payable through Venmo or Zelle and is due within one week of receipt. Once your invoice is paid, your order is considered confirmed and scheduled. Without payment confirmation, your order date may be relinquished to another client.

While we understand that things may change, we are unable to refund an order once payment is confirmed. We are happy to reschedule the order for a future date if time permits.

Free local pick-up is available from the Lady B's Bake Shoppe cottage kitchen in Granada Hills, CA. Address will be provided upon final order confirmation.
